A tubular shaped skirt or frock has a double layer construction with the two layers of similar or different designs and colour. The upper end (6) can be rolled outwards while the lower end (8) can be rolled inwards, or vice versa. The material is elasticated for a simple fit and the inside and outside patterns can be complementary.
