<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to suppress strange sounds generated by hit of flat cables 9 at operation. <P>SOLUTION: This is a rotary connector device which is composed of a body 3 fixedly supported, a rotatable rotor 5 together with a steering wheel rotatably supported by the body 3, an idler spacer 7 which is arranged between the body 3 and the rotor 5 and which has an inverting insertion part communicated between the inside and outside of the radial direction and is freely turnable and movable along rotation of the rotor 5, and the flat cables 9 which are wound around the inner and outer peripheral sides of the idler spacer 7 by being inverted by being inserted into the inverting insertion part of the idler spacer 7, and on the outer peripheral face of the idler spacer 7, a recess 27 which escapes from the hit by the flat cables 9 in the rotation axis direction of the idler spacer 7 is installed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
