PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a solid powder cosmetic having an excellent feeling of use, good compression moldability and excellent makeup lasting quality without causing caking. SOLUTION: This solid powder cosmetic is obtained by formulating brilliant powder in an amount of 20-60 mass% based on the whole cosmetic and/or spherical powder in an amount of 5-30 mass% based on the whole cosmetic.
