The invention relates to a display body for illuminated signs comprising a base body made of a clear or opaque solid plastic with a front side and a rear side that is situated opposite said front side, whereby first recesses are provided in the base body and illuminating means are sunk in the base body, or the invention relates to a display body that, in contrast, does not have first recesses. The aim of the invention is to improve a homogeneity of the illumination of display bodies for illuminated signs and to increase their reliability. To this end, the first recesses, together with the illuminating means, which are located therein, are filled with a transparent filling compound. |
