<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation device of a new structure capable of detecting operating condition with high accuracy, monitoring an operation condition with high accuracy based on detection data, and performing feed back control of operation condition roughly in real time with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Operation of a condition adjustment means 32 actively adjusting a condition of a rotary member 16 is controlled by a condition control means 40 provided on the rotary member 16.
