<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adapter capable of stably supporting and guiding a puncture needle to a plurality of positions and being easily detached from the puncture needle so that only the puncture needle is inserted. <P>SOLUTION: The puncture adapter comprises a guide plate 33 with grooves formed in a plurality of vertical stages, a cover plate 35 capable of covering the plurality of grooves, and a fastener held in the guide plate while piercing one end side of the cover plate for fixing the cover plate to the guide plate and turnably holding the cover plate. When the cover plate is fixed to the guide plate, a plurality of guide holes for guiding the puncture needle are formed with each of the plurality of grooves and the guide plate.
