<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistive element paste having, for example, a high resistance value of not less than 10 KΩ/sq., reconciling temperature characteristics (TCR) and voltage-withstanding characteristics (STOL), and also to provide a resistive element manufactured by using the resistive element paste, and further, electronic parts having the resistive element. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive material is composed of Ru complex oxide particles as a main component, having an average crystal size of not less than 0.02μm and not more than an average particle size, with the average particle size of not less than 0.05μm and not more than 0.30μm. The Ru complex oxide particle is at least one kind selected from CaRuO<SB>3</SB>, SrRuO<SB>3</SB>, and BaRuO<SB>3</SB>. The crystal size of the Ru complex oxide particle is controlled by applying heat treatment to the Ru complex oxide particle obtained by sintering, and the average particle size is controlled by crushing it.
