<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power supply from an electricity storage device such as a capacitor to a heating part or a heating body further more. <P>SOLUTION: When a fixing member 14 being a rotator is started up, circumstances that power is supplied to the heating part 1 from an external power source and the electricity storage means of an auxiliary power source device 3 without rotating the fixing member 14 and a pressure member 15 also being a rotator, and circumstances that the fixing member 14 and the pressure member 15 are both rotated, also the power is supplied to the heating part 1 from the external power source and the power is not supplied to the heating part 1 from the electricity storage means can be selected.
