PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device for a storage battery whose lifetime and replacement timing is made known appropriately and automatically. SOLUTION: The internal resistance of the storage battery is measured and the temperature of the battery is detected. Then, according to the measurement result of the internal resistance, the end of lifetime of the storage battery is judged.
