PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform travel time expectation according to a setting route of each driver by use of a broadcast type system without requiring individual communication. SOLUTION: Future expectation link travel time information is repeatedly transmitted from a server together with present link travel time information, and an information terminal estimates a total travel time by use of the information and route information.
