PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus of a transmitter side for transmitting image data of an original and text data to be composed in a fixed form document form and a communication apparatus of a receiver side for composing the text data received from the transmitter side with the fixed form document form stored in advance at the receiver side and outputting the composed fixed form document together with the image data of the original received from the transmitter side in the communication apparatuses for transceiving image data through an IP network. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 30A of the transmitter side transmits the image data of the original in a media session and transmits identification information of a form of a fixed form document, text data of integrated information to be integrated with the form by the SIP method, and the communication apparatus 30B of the receiver side receives the image data of the original in a media session, integrates the integrated information received together with identification information with the form of the fixed form document stored in cross-reference with the received identification information by the SIP method, and outputs the integrated document together with the image data.
