PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical analyzing apparatus with excellent quantitativity and safety where a sample dispensed in a reaction bath does not vaporize and seals the reaction bath without a remaining gas, and also provide a dispensing method. SOLUTION: The chemical analyzing apparatus comprises the reaction bath 5d formed with a vessel-like member 8 where a circumference thereof is sandwiched with a first adhering member 38 and a second adhering member 37, for injecting the sample 10, a mounting block 12c having a well for arranging the reaction bath 5d, a third adhering member 36 contacting with the second adhering member 37, a sealed cover 21b for sealing a surface where the sample 10 of the reaction bath 5d is injected, which is formed with a cover member 11 of which a circumference is sandwiched by a fourth adhering member 35 facing the third adhering member 36.
