PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a powder cosmetic having good transferability to a small tool such as a sponge, a mat or a puff during use, excellent smooth slip and spread and even excellent makeup lasting quality and further excellent impact resistance by improving moldability when compression molded. SOLUTION: This powder cosmetic is obtained by formulating the following ingredients (a) and (b).
