<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery system, a lottery method and an RF tag for making it possible to eliminate the waste of a paper resource, and for making it unnecessary to input personal data. <P>SOLUTION: Tag terminals 300 having serial ID with name cards attached thereto are gathered in the communication area of a host antenna 306, and the serial ID is read from each tag terminal 300 by using a host control part 302, and stored in a host memory part 303.
