<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system which enables a camera to be remotely controlled by means of a remote controller even in direct printing, and which can do printing without being limited by an installation place of equipment, a user's location, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This printing system is equipped with an imaging device for taking an image of a subject, and printing equipment for printing the image which is taken by the imaging device. In the printing system, the imaging device and the printing equipment are connected to communicate with each other.
