<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reflection contrast not be lowered in a transflective liquid crystal display device equipped with source wiring and a reflection pixel electrode in an identical layer even when formed so as to retain a gap between both of the source wiring and the reflection pixel electrode constant. <P>SOLUTION: A contrast lowering prevention electrode 95 to prevent lowering of the reflection contrast is formed on the gap L between the reflection pixel electrode 65 and the source wiring 63 and in a position superimposed on a first auxiliary capacitance electrode 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
