PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle holder installed in a room or cabin, which need not be folded or spread each time spectacles are put off or used to result in improvement in operability and reduction of the load on a spectacle main body. SOLUTION: The spectacle holder has a looped part 25 extending in a looped shape symmetrically to the right and left from an installation part of a suction pad 19 etc., installed in the room or cabin and the gap 35 which is formed by those looped parts 25 is so sized that parts of right and left temples 13 of spread spectacles 3 can be inserted and lenses 5 do not pass. The looped part 25 is formed in a nearly heart shape which is vertically collapsed on the whole and has a projection U-shaped part 33 which projects in three dimensions at the center of the nearly heart shape.
