The equipment has a measurement chamber (22) including a connecting region (40), within which seals (41-43) are arranged, where the seal (41) seals the measurement chamber. The chamber is connected with a central processing unit. A negative pressure is produced by an annular space formed between the seals (42, 43) such that the measurement chamber is placed against housing wall of a production equipment.
