<p>A self tapping screw (3) with a hexagonal head is inserted into the remaining root from the top in a first step with a standard ratchet. The ratchet is pulled off and a threaded sleeve screwed to the upper end of the shaft (3). A transversal bar is attached to the top (1) of the unit and secured with a knurled nut. The ratchet is joined to the top (1) of the sleeve, using the bar as abutment supported on the adjacent teeth, and the root pulled out.</p> |
