<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture an optical disk by forming a protective layer of the optical disk such as a blue ray disk with a roll coater. <P>SOLUTION: An outer peripheral surface of an application roll 2 heated to the preset temperature and an outer peripheral surface of a doctor roll 3 heated to the preset temperature are arranged nearby each other, and a reactive hot melt adhesive agent C is temporarily stored above the nearby sections of both of these rolls 2 and 3 maintaining viscosity at 500-100,000 mPa s. While suspending the rotation of the doctor roll 3, the application roll 2 is made to rotate reverse to the conveyance direction of a resin made substrate P, and a delivery roll 4 arranged below the application roll 2 is rotated in a conveyance direction of the resin made substrate P and the resin made substrate P is conveyed. After applying the reactive hot melt adhesive agent C attached to the outer peripheral surface of the application roll 2 to a surface of the resin made substrate P which in the shape of a mirror plane, reaction curing is carried out for the reactive hot melt adhesive agent C and a protective layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
