<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator having high driving efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A stator supporting part 30, which is formed of a foam having a density of, for example, 0.4×10<SP>3</SP>kg/m<SP>3</SP>or less, is provided on the opposite side of the elastic body 11 side of a piezoelectric element 12, between the piezoelectric element 12 and a pressure plate 41 along the end surface of the stator part 10.
