PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder of a portable telephone with which the portable telephone can be hung down on the neck to reduce its swinging and the portable telephone or the like hung down on the neck can be easily pulled up and pulled down in front of the body. SOLUTION: A movable holder 5 is moved down and hung on the neck after sizing a loop part 3 to pass the head. An ornament 6 and the movable holder 5 are taken in one hand, a movable object 23 is pushed on, drop preventive members 9 and 10 are grasped together by the other hand, the movable holder 5 is moved up and down, the movable object 23 is separated, and the hung-down portable telephone 7 can be kept at a preferable position.
