PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel whose picture frame region is easily inspected, an inspecting method thereof, and an inspecting device used therefor, in relation to the liquid crystal display panel and the inspecting method thereof and the inspecting device used therefor. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel is constructed of: a TFT substrate 2 and a CF substrate 4 bonded to each other via a sealing material 56 which is applied to an entire circumference of an outer circumference part of the substrate without disconnection; a liquid crystal 6 sealed in between the substrates 2, 4; a frame shaped picture frame regionβdisposed outside the display regionαand inside the sealing material 56 forming region; a conductive film 30 formed on the picture frame regionβof the TFT substrate 2; and a conductive film 31 formed on the CF substrate 4 and opposite to the conductive film 30 via the liquid crystal 6.
