PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration damping effects from being impaired when the natural frequency of a vibration damped structure is changed. SOLUTION: In a multiple dynamic vibration absorber, two dynamic vibration absorbers each having an additional mass object are connected in series to the vibration damped structure via elastic bodies. The fluctuation range of the natural frequency of the vibration damped structure is set and the parameter of each dynamic vibration absorber is determined within the set fluctuation range to give a substantially equal vibration damping effect on the natural frequency of the vibration damped structure.
