PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the hook light and compact when a safety belt for fall prevention is put on a person in a height working and the hook is engaged with a fixed object and the like on the working spot. SOLUTION: An uncus-like hook part 1 is turnably fitted with a switching piece 2 of the opening part w, and the fixed object F put from the opening part w turns the switching piece 2 to the inside by being touched the closing piece 4 mounted to the switching piece 2. The hook part 1 is turnably equipped with a stopper 12 energized to lock to the tip of the switching piece 2 at a closed state of the opening part w, an opening piece 17, and a grip piece 13, and the opening piece 17 is locked to the stopper 12 and can open the locking between the stopper 12 and the switching piece 2 by the turning. The tip of the grip piece 13 is turnably engaged to the closing piece 4 to turn the grip piece 13 only at the lock opened state of the stopper 12. The opening piece 17 and the grip piece 13 is come closer to each other and turned, thus, the locking of the switching piece 2 is opened and turns through the closing piece 4 to open the opening part w, and so it can be operated by one hand, and the switching piece 2 turns outward to make the hook compact.
