<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sticking a polarizer preventing contamination from being mixed between the polarizer and a panel. <P>SOLUTION: The device for sticking a polarizer comprises a panel adsorbing stage 1 for holding the panel 11 on a main surface, and a polarizer adsorbing collet 2 for holding the polarizer 15. The panel adsorbing stage 1 is formed so that the main surface is in parallel to the vertical direction, and the panel adsorbing stage 1 and the polarizer adsorbing collet 2 are formed so as to stick the polarizer 15 while relatively moving in the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
