PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL (electroluminescence) apparatus by which high-definition metal wiring lines with no disconnection and excellent adhesiveness with a substrate can be formed without requiring complicated processes or an expensive apparatus. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic EL apparatus comprising a light emitting element having at least a light emitting layer between a pair of electrodes, scanning lines to supply scanning signals, signal lines formed intersecting the scanning lines, and light emitting power supply lines, is characterized in that the light emitting power supply lines are fabricated by depositing a conductive substance on a graft polymer produced in a pattern on a substrate.
