PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve free form rusting by forming an oxide film on magnetic field components of the solenoid valve in magnetic annealing by using electromagnetic soft iron, and improved in its magnetic property. SOLUTION: A housing 31 and a yoke 36 are mounted in opposition to each other, and a solenoid 37 is wound on their outer peripheries. The solenoid 37 is coated with a cover 38. Bearings 43, 45 are mounted on fitting holes 34, 39a of the housing 31 and the yoke 36. A rod 44 to which a movable core 42 freely inserted into a hole 41 of the yoke 36, is fitted and inserted, is slidably supported by the bearings 43, 45. The housing 31, yoke 36, cover 38 and movable core 42 as magnetic path components are processed by using the electromagnetic soft iron, and then a gas including oxygen is supplied in magnetic annealing, thus the oxide film (not shown in Figure) is formed.
