PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper box which is easily erected, fixed and locked in an erected state only by folding back a flap holding plate inward of the box, assembled extremely easily and high in strength. SOLUTION: The box is erected, corner flaps 5 are folded on a side wall plate at the center of three side wall plates connected to one another by the corner flaps 5 (5a, 5b, 5c and 5d), a corner flap holding plate 6 adjacent to the upper side of the center side wall plate is folded inward of the box, and locking flaps 7 (7a and 7b) are provided on right and left ends and/or tips of the corner flaps.
