<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration of a pulse by connecting plural serial circuits in which a first switching element which is electrically conducted in one of the H/L levels of the pulse of a pulse input line and which is non- conducted in the other level and a second switching element which is conducted in response to a control signal in parallel between a fixed voltage power source and a pulse output line. SOLUTION: The plural elements of a 16 pieces of positive side second switching element (PS2) group are turned on according to control signals Pa-Pp applied from a latch circuit 3A so that the charging speed of an electrostatic capacity in the H block of a pulse signal obtained by inverting a first input pulse TpA by an inverter IV1A, and the phase of the rising edge of a second output pulse TpCA can be advanced. The plural elements of the 16 pieces of negative side second switching element (NS2) group are turned on according to control signals Na-Np so that the discharging speed of the electrostatic capacity in the L section of the pulse signal can be increased, and the phase of the falling edge of the second output pulse TpCA can be advanced.</p> |
