FIELD: medicine, proctology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should histologically study the preparation of rectal wall, moreover, one should carry out biopsy of rectal wall due to applying two ligatures-holders onto posterior rectal wall being proximally against a toothed line, tighten up rectal wall and dissect tissue strip of 6±0.5 cm length and 1±0.2 cm width, prepare histological preparation with its subsequent studying for the presence of ganglia and at availability of less than 3 ganglia/longitudinal cm in distal department of rectal wall preparation and above 13 ganglia/sq. cm in its proximal part one should conclude upon normal state of intramural rectal nervous system, and its pathological state should be estimated in case of no ganglia, that is agangliosis and/or the presence of rear that is less of 3 ganglia/linear cm - hypogangliosis both in distal and proximal departments of rectal preparation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. ^ 3 ex |
