摘要
一种适用于半导体制程之冲切(punch)刀具,主要系由一底材以及一镀膜材料所组成。镀膜材料覆盖于底材之一加工接触面上,且以奈米级镀膜技术所形成之一金属氮化物或一金属碳化物,例如是氮化钛或碳化钛,其具有奈米级之晶粒结构,可增加刀具之硬度与表面平整度。因此,当物件加工时,可避免刀具表面损伤并提高加工之平整度。
