PURPOSE:In carrying out operations such as preservation, separation and purification, and lyophilization, to prevent reduction in activity, by adding albumin or gelatin to a physiologically active substance produced by a gene recombinant. CONSTITUTION:>=1mug, preferably >=100mug based on 1ml of solution containing a physiologically active substance of albumin and/or gelatin is added to the physiologically active substance that is produced by a gene recombinant, having cell disorder activities against L-M cell, and properties to cause hemorrhagic necrosis reaction at a tumor site when it is administered to BALB/c mouse to which Meth A sarcoma cancerous cell is transplanted. When powder having the physiologically active substance is used, an amount of the substance used is an amount to give the above-mentioned concentration when the powder is dissolved. Preferably the solution blended with albumin is preserved in the solution state directly at 0-10 deg.C, or in a lyophilized state at <=-20 deg.C.
