PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt fitting tool for allowing shoulder belts to fit right with the shoulders of a user, and preventing coming off of a bag carried by the back such as a knapsack or the like. SOLUTION: The belt fitting tool 1 has a body 11 fitted to the upper part of a back pad of the bag carrying on the back, a right and left pair of connecting ring fitting members 12 and 12 fitted to the body 11, and a connecting ring 13 inserted to an inserting hole 15 formed in each connecting ring fitting member 12 so as to connect the shoulder belt 2 of the bag carried by the back. An axis direction of each inserting hole 15 is inclined with respect to right and left directions of the body 11 in plan view so that an outside opening end 15a is positioned ahead of an inside opening end 15b with respect to the back pad.
