PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-actuator and a head gimbal assembly in which highly accurate head position adjustment can be realized and a good resonance characteristic can be realized when a micro-actuator is excited, and a disk drive in which a servo band and head position adjustment performance can be improved. SOLUTION: This head gimbal assembly is provided with a magnetic head slider 31, a rotary micro-actuator 32, and a suspension 8 supporting the magnetic head slider 31 and the rotary micro-actuator 32, wherein the rotary micro-actuator 32 horizontally rotates the magnetic head slider 31 using a center part of the magnetic head slider 31 as an axis.
