PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel having uniform thickness distribution of coating, high coating property, and high graininess, and also to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the radiation image conversion panel having a stimulable phosphor layer, stimulable phosphor layer coating liquid containing one of alkyd resin, fatty acid amide, polysiloxane polyoxyalkylene block copolymer, fluoro silicone, and urethane degenerative acrylate is applied onto a support body and is dried.
