PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod adjusting structure with which fixation prevention of a joint parts is promoted and rod handleability is improved. SOLUTION: The rod adjusting structure has constitution that the inner wall of a third rod 13 is equipped with first projection parts 132 arranged opposingly to the outer wall of a second rod 12 with a gap, the outer wall of the second rod 12 is equipped with second projection parts 121 arranged opposingly to the inner wall of the third rod 13 with a gap and engaged with the first projection parts 132 in the axial direction. When the second and third rods 12 and 13 are extended, the first and the second projection parts 132 and 121 are mutually engaged in the axial direction and a gap is formed between the outer wall of the second rod 12 and the inner wall of the third rod 13.
