<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe article conveyance system capable of ensuring security. <P>SOLUTION: A conveyable article conveyance container 1 is used which is provided with: an article storage section having an opening portion 2a; a lid 3 openably and closably connected to the opening portion 2a; and a locking device 7 for the lid 3. There are also provided a control center 30 for integrally controlling information on the article conveyance container 1 and a communication device 18 installed on the article conveyance container 1 for communicating with the control center 30 through radio communication channel.
