<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a pressure regulating valve intended for simplification and certain achievement of regulation of outflow or solution of each kind of troubles based on outflow regulating defect in the case of attaining simplification of the regulation of outflow with a regulating lever, especially using the pressure regulating valve in a nearly closed condition, intended for prevention of separation of a hose and/or security and achievement of unification of softening (quality) of raw laver, and intended for certainty and simplification of treatment of softening corresponding to the condition of raw laver through using the scale of a scale display plate as display of standard of what degree of raw laver of softening degree and/or washing degree in a raw laver condition (hardness and softness, dirt or the like). <P>SOLUTION: This structure (safety device) of the pressure regulating valve of a laver equipment such as a device for continuously softening and washing raw laver is composed of a valve box attached with a passage of the laver equipment, a stopper plate having a regulation limit stopper piece part on a valve stem attached with a valve set on the valve box, a stopping means set on the valve box, and the regulating lever having a stoppage limit stopper piece part set on the valve stem. The device is usable before completely closing the regulating valve through engaging the regulation limit stopper piece part with the stopping means, and usable by blockage of the valve through engaging the stoppage limit stopper piece part of the regulating lever with the stopping means.
