PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circumference memory capable of preventing unnecessary learning and the loss of target value followup performance even when a large difference is generated between information and a compensated signal stored in the memory, and to provide a disk device equipped with the circumference memory. SOLUTION: A memory reset unit 19 is disposed to clear a memory 15 for storing one cycle of a compensated signal to be input, and signal information stored in the memory 15 is freely reset according to the state of the disk device through a controller 20.
