PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of maintaining the comfortable feeling by eliminating a situation in which an occupant seated in a rear seat feels cold at his shoulder by cold radiation from a window. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner has an outlet 2 formed in a B pillar duct 1 to supply air-conditioned air to an occupant seated in a rear seat, and a specified direction air supply changing means capable of changing the air supply in the specified direction of air-conditioned air supplied from the outlet. Detection means 6, 7 to detect a situation that the occupant seated in the rear seat feels coldness of his shoulder controls the specified direction air supply changing means so that the supply of air-conditioned air in the direction to a vicinity of the shoulder of the occupant in the rear seat is increased when such a situation is detected.
