PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a top capacity load-type antenna having a low profile, indirectional directivity, and a wide band with a comparatively small volume. SOLUTION: The antenna is provided with a reflector (1), a monopole antenna element (2) arranged on the reflector, a top capacity board (3) disposed at a tip of the monopole antenna element and a ring-like conductor (5) installed at a periphery of the top capacity board on the reflector. The antenna has a connection conductor (6) which electrically connects points dividing an outer periphery of the ring-like conductor into (n), and the reflector, and (n) is "3" or "4".
