PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the crimping work of a triple coaxial cable by applying a crimping work only once, without using a method of connecting internal conductors to a shell A and external conductors to a shell B by soldering or the like, when crimping the triple coaxial cable to a connector. SOLUTION: The external shield of a coaxial cable is inserted in the rear side of the shell B. A slit is provided in a cable-inserting portion forming the rear end of the shell A, and the cable inserting portion is brought into contact with a crimping part on the rear side of the shell B. The cable-inserting portion of the shell A is inserted between the internal insulating material and an internal shield to be fixed, and the shell A is connected to the internal shield. The shell A has an insulating material built-in in the front, and the center conductor of the coaxial cable and the internal insulating material are inserted in the through hole on the rear side. The cable lead-out part of the shell B is crimped, and electrical contact between the shell B and the external shield, and that between the shell A and the internal shield are surely maintained.
