PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand dryer capable of easily inhibiting generation of operation noise and permitting the control of the operation mainly at night. SOLUTION: The hand dryer comprises a setting change timing means 6 to indicate the timing for setting change of the operation, a reading means to read the timing for setting change by the setting change timing means 6, and a timing determining means 10 to determine the timing for setting change read by the timing reading means 9. Setting including the stop of operation is changed when the timing for setting change is determined by the timing determining means 10.
