<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless redistribution system for terrestrial digital tv broadcasting capable of automatically adjusting a local frequency so that the frequency of terrestrial digital tv broadcast signals after frequency conversion is 322 MHz or below. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitter is provided with: a frequency conversion means including a frequency synthesizer for generating a local signal and a mixer for mixing the received terrestrial digital tv broadcast signal with the local signal; a signal detection means for detecting signals whose frequencies exceed 322 MHz from an output of the frequency conversion means; and a local frequency control means that automatically revises the frequency of the local signal outputted from the frequency synthesizer when the signal detection means detects the signals whose frequencies exceed 322 MHz, and automatically adjusts the local frequency to be a local frequency whereby the detection means cannot detect the signals whose frequencies exceed 322 MHz. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
