<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of attaining miniaturization and high current detection accuracy, as well as its applied system. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine 6 includes a U-phase coil 10, a sensor SU for detecting a current passing through the U-phase coil 10, a V-phase coil 12, a sensor SV for detecting a current passing through the V-phase coil 12, a W-phase coil 14, and a sensor SW for detecting a current passing through the W-phase coil 14. The sensors SU, SW and SV are magnetic sensors and detect currents passing through the coils by detecting magnetic fields developed at cores of the U-, V- and W-phase coils. The detected current values are supplied to a controller 3 as a signal MCRT1. The controller 3 controls conduction of a switching element inside an inverter 4, converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage, and supplies it to the rotating electric machine 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
