PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a singular point develops in seaming the cavity formed in the backside of space-time and therefore cannot be dealt with, and that only negative energy for maintaining the wormhole cannot be generated, in manufacturing a space wormhole time machine publicized by Qypthone et al. SOLUTION: A negative electrode or the like is caused to consume and absorb a pulse of positive energy after a pulse of negative energy, and the pulse of negative energy is generated to maintain the wormhole, and the generation of the singular point is dealt with a Tomimatsu-Sato solution. Thus, a difficulty in manufacturing this is solved to finish the time machine to a completed type, thereby realizing the spatial wormhole time machine publicized by the by Qypthone et al.
