PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating plant 1 comprising a refrigerant circuit 1E via which a compressor 2, an outdoor heat exchanger 4 for heat exchanging refrigerant with outside air, an expansion mechanism, an indoor heat exchanger 41 for air-conditioning a room, and a refrigerating heat exchanger 45 and a freezing heat exchanger 51 for cooling a box are connected to one another, having simple construction for efficiently changing over operation while varying a difference in evaporation temperature between the indoor heat exchanger 41 and each of the refrigerating heat exchanger 45 and the freezing heat exchanger 51. SOLUTION: In the refrigerant circuit 1E, a suction side three-way selector valve 102 is provided for changing over a flow path between each of the indoor heat exchanger 41, the refrigerating heat exchanger 45 and the freezing heat exchanger 51 and the compressor 2 to vary the amount of refrigerant so that the refrigerant evaporates in the indoor heat exchanger 41 and in each of the refrigerating heat exchanger 45 and the freezing heat exchanger 51 at different temperatures.
