PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a handle and a door capable of raising workability without causing the increase of a cost and making a long-term of working hours. SOLUTION: The outdoor side handle 10 is fixed to a door body 7 by connecting a projection section 13 of the outdoor side handle 10 to a fixed member 30 along the side on the indoor side of the door body 7, and since a pair of handles 10 and 20 are not simultaneously necessary to fix by fixing the indoor side handle 20 through the fixed member 30 to the door body 7, workability of handle mounting work can be raised. Since a temporary fixation member only used for making the temporary fixation of the outdoor side handle 10 is eliminated, an economical component design can be made by avoiding waste and, at the same time, the mounting work of the temporary fixation member can be also eliminated.
