PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear view mirror supporting structure of a motorcycle for improving appearance while reducing the number of components and the number of assembling processes. SOLUTION: While a front cowling 24, a headlight case, and a meter case provided so as to cover a rear upper part of the headlight case are supported through a cowling brace 32 extended from a head pipe, a rear view mirror 36 comprises a mirror case 37 with a built-in turn-signal lamp 41; a support column 38 for supporting the mirror case 37 and formed in hollow shape so that a lead wire 47 extending from the turn-signal lamp 41 can be inserted therein; and a base part 39 for attaching the support column 38 to the front cowling 24. While the base part 39 is fastened and fixed together with the front cowling 24 to a pair of cowling attaching stay parts 34, a guide space 60 for guiding the lead wire 47 along an inner surface of the front cowling 24 is formed on edge parts of the cowling attaching stay parts 34.
